Refund policy

We have a no return policy as all item sales are final. If you receive a damaged item please reach out to us immediately to try to rectify the situation. Claims will have to be made by the customer to the shipping company that was used. Please be sure to take photos of the box and how to item arrived. Please send photos to myself and to the shipping company to file a claim. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
